I'm excited to be offering a 28-day Body Reset program starting on Feb 1. This group coaching program incorporates food and lifestyle changes to boost your energy and overall well-being. Because certain foods can be inflammatory, exploring your body’s reactions to different foods can have a huge impact on how you feel. What to expect when you're resetting...
I'll guide you through the reset in three phases:
- Preparation (1 week): shop for ingredients, set yourself up for your reset mentally, emotionally and physically, set your intentions
- Elimination (2 weeks): follow the simple elimination plan and body practices
- Re-introduction (1 week): Re-introduce foods back into your diet one-by-one to identify sensitivities and intolerances and create a maintenance plan that best serves your unique body.
