I'm excited to be offering a 28-day Body Reset program starting on Feb 1. This group coaching program incorporates food and lifestyle changes to boost your energy and overall well-being. Because certain foods can be inflammatory, exploring your body’s reactions to different foods can have a huge impact on how you feel. The program includes a 25-page eBook (a useful reference during your reset), sample meal plan & recipes (what to eat/not to eat), and 4 hours of group coaching (for fitness tips/exercises, and general support along your Reset journey).

What to expect when you're resetting...

I'll guide you through the reset in three phases:

  • Preparation (1 week): shop for ingredients, set yourself up for your reset mentally, emotionally and physically, set your intentions
  • Elimination (2 weeks): follow the simple elimination plan and body practices
  • Re-introduction (1 week): Re-introduce foods back into your diet one-by-one to identify sensitivities and intolerances and create a maintenance plan that best serves your unique body.
