    I work with women over 40 who are struggling with body image and aging—hormonal issues, loss of energy, digestive issues and weight gain, brain and mood health, stress and sleep. I help women who have tried everything and can't seem to get their health back on track. My mission is to help my clients reconnect with their bodies and live their best life. I do this by by giving them the tools they need to overcome stress and health issues, reclaim their sparkle, working within a proven coaching model.

    About Cheryl

    Being overweight and being told "If you lost weight, you'd be ..." was heart breaking for me. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. I was always comparing myself to other women. I felt totally disconnected from my body and my self esteem was rock bottom.

     

    I reconnected with my body through fitness, and today, my passion for healthy living spans both my personal and professional life.

  • Passion for health and helping others

    I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, and I own my own boutique fitness studio, Devine Fitness & Pilates. I'm certified personal trainer and certified Pilates Trainer, and I've taught pretty much every kind of fitness class you can think of! My commitment to helping others led me to further my health and wellness education and I became a certified Health Coach in 2017. In my personal life, I embrace every opportunity to be outside and active: skiing, hiking, swimming, biking, and running. I did my first IRONMAN at age 50, and I continue to be involved in competitive fitness events.

    30-day Kick Start Your Health Coaching Program

    This coaching program is comprised of 4 phone or Skype calls over a 1 month commitment. Dissolve the barriers that stand in your way and reclaim your personal power. Here's what we'll work on:

    • MEETING 1: CLEAR THE CLUTTER
      We'll talk through the physical and mental barriers that are stopping you from going forward. 
       
    • MEETING 2: BOOST YOUR ENERGY
      We'll focus on strategies that help you get your energy back.
       
    • MEETING 3: HUNGER AND FULLNESS
      We'll dive into mindful eating and get a good grasp on food as fuel.
       
    • MEETING 4: SELF SABOTAGE
      This is our chance to unpack the negative self-talk, the setbacks, and setting realistic expectations. 

     

    90-day Total Health Transformation Coaching Program

    This coaching program is comprised of 12 phone or Skype calls over a 3 month commitment. We'll work together to create a plan to address your unique needs. Here's how it works:

    • STEP 1: GET TO KNOW YOU.
      We'll start by hearing about your current health (exercise, sleep, stress, eating habits, and your health concerns).
       
    • STEP 2: CREATE THE PLAN.
      I'll work with you to create a step-by-step plan for your Health Transformation, and we'll develop achievable goals together.
       
    • STEP 3: FOOD + LIFESTYLE. 
      I'll help you choose foods and develop healthy lifestyle habits for your unique body that will enhance your life by giving you more energy, reducing stress, improving sleep and mood, and decreasing inflammation. 
       
    • STEP 4: USEFUL RESOURCES
      Throughout the coaching process, we will draw on a broad range of reference materials to gain a deeper understanding of wellness topics. I'll introduce relaxation and deep breathing techniques to add wellness benefits.
       
    • STEP 5: SUPPORT=SUCCESS
      When you have the right system, right support, right accountability = success. Using tools like the weekly action plan and accountability schedule to keep you on track, I'll help you discover how to turn healthy behaviors into habits that last.

     

    By the end of the 90 days, you are going to have different rituals and habits that will be the catalyst for your body's long-term transformation .

Spring into summer with a 14-day body reset, which includes food and lifestyle changes that will make a difference to your energy and overall wellbeing. This program includes a 25-page ebook (a guide to your reset), sample meal plan & recipes (what to eat/not to eat), and 4 group coaching sessions (fitness tips, exercises, and general support).
