    Cheryl’s passion for healthy living spans her personal and professional life. In her personal life, Cheryl embraces every opportunity to be outside: skiing, hiking, swimming, biking, and running. And with nearly three decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, she is a consummate fitness professional: a certified personal trainer and STOTT certified Pilates Trainer who has taught pretty much every kind of fitness class you can think of.


    With her Health Coaching Institute training as a health coach, Cheryl can help you gain a holistic understanding of your health, fitness, and wellness through a customized coaching program. She is ready to listen, discuss, support, hold you accountable, and most importantly, help you get the results you want.

    1:1 Transformational Coaching

    • GET ORIENTED. We'll start by hearing about your current health (exercise, sleep, stress, eating habits, and your health concerns).
    • SEE THE BIG PICTURE. I'll work with you to create a step-by-step plan for your Health Transformation, and we'll develop achievable goals together.
    • FOOD + LIFESTYLE. I'll help you choose foods and develop healthy lifestyle habits that will enhance your life by giving you more energy, reducing stress, improving sleep and mood, and decreasing inflammation. 
    • SUPPORT = SUCCESS. You're not alone on this journey. With weekly meetings and action guides to keep you on track, you can achieve a Total Health Transformation in 90 days or less.

    Are you looking for a better understanding of your baseline before you embark on a new fitness or nutrition plan? A one-hour session with Cheryl can help clarify your goals and provide focus for your next step, even if you're not looking for a total wellness makeover.



    90-day Total Health Transformation Coaching Program

    This coaching program is comprised of 12 phone or Skype calls over a 3 month commitment. Together with Cheryl, you will create a plan to address your unique needs. We'll set up goals for inevitable success by:

    • Learning what to eat for your unique body
    • Discovering how to turn healthy behaviors into habits that last
    • Using tools like the weekly action plan and accountability schedule to keep you on track
    • Drawing on a broad range of reference materials to gain a deeper understanding of wellness topics
    • Introducing relaxation and deep breathing techniques

    By the end of the 90 days you are going to have different rituals and habits that will be the catalyst for your body's long-term transformation .
